I had an incredibly troubling and disappointing experience with Madison Taylor’s office. The lack of professionalism and basic communication skills was staggering. Instead of addressing my concerns directly like any competent provider should, the office abruptly terminated my patient-provider relationship without even offering a meaningful discussion or the courtesy of clarification. My urine cup wasn’t labeled with my name/info on it, and another patient went in right after me to get her sample in the restroom box. I’m guessing her cup wasn’t labeled either. The subsequent report also said urine was yellow. It wasn’t yellow. Also hadn’t been given the standard prep wipe. Now wondering if the report was really mine or not or got mixed up with someone else. Not a very reassuring feeling.
My husband was admitted for aspirational pneumonia but also has really bad knees. He needs a knee replacement and he had gout in both knees. The nurses were very rough and uncaring when moving his legs. Yanking his legs and not supporting his knees. My husband was in horrible pain and they gave no thought to how they moved him. They also would not give any pain meds, only Tylonal, which wouldn’t touch it. One male nurse was an absolute P****, and made threats. The whole time they had that “suck it up” attitude. I want to thank the people at the Drs.office on Locats,and the staff at the ER for helping our son,thay are great people.They helped with his heart and his breathing.Our sons name is Michael Ruland.God Bless them all.
