I would like to share my experience today with first of all Luis and Kayla They were very nice and accommodating. The place is so relaxing. Muriel, Dr Sam Switzer assistant ,knows how to calm you down. I have an anxiety problem. And as usual I am scared of dentists .Dr Sam was very careful not to mention gentle. Dr Switzer is a terrible endodontist. Stay away! Dr. Switzer lied to me - his patient - saying he discussed my medical/dental history with my referring dentist but in fact he never did. I brought literature regarding a health issue and he did not even look at it. He folded it up and set it on the counter and left it there. I took it back. He is rude, abrasive and dishonest. Dr. Switzer is a compassionate and kind professional. All the staff were amazing and so accommodating.
I was so scared to have a root canal done and honestly not sure why I was, it was absolutely painless. Dr Switzer and his staff are very professional and helped me though my anxiety. Thank you to Dr Switzer and staff.
Dr Switzer (Sam) and the staff at his office are incredibly kind, warm and genuine. I appreciated that Dr Switzer had such a kind bedside manner. I also appreciated that his staff explained everything to me, and the time dr Switzer took to ensure I understood everything and all options available to me. He even has a little tooth template he fills in, so you truly understand what is going on. If you find yourself in need of a knowledgeable and skilled endodontist, I highly recommend Sam.
