What a joke. My car sat here for 2 months while every week I was told “it’ll be ready.” Twice they even called me saying it was done, but when I showed up, surprise,it wasn’t. The front desk couldn’t care less and acted like it was normal. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with a shop.
Samuel and his staff were nothing short of amazing. The entire process was seamless from the time I dropped my vehicle off, to the time I picked it up. The price was fair, the communication was great, and the repairs were even better! Samuel Auto Body will always have a customer in me! These are hardworking, professional, and knowledgeable people that you can TRUST with your vehicle.
We were looking for a place for body repair on a dent and scrape on our car. We had tried several other places but decided on Samuel Auto Body. They were happy to work with our insurance. They felt like family from the start...kind, informative and the work was superb. Can't say enough about how positive an experience this was. All best to these good guys and a special shout out to the young woman on the front desk...what terrific customer service.
Someone on a locals page recommended this shop and after looking at the reviews I decided to take my car there to fix the driver side door and fender. I’m pretty disappointed. There was definitely a lack of communication on when the car would be ready but once I picked it up there was a wiring issue that resulted in the interior door lock not working & a honking noise coming from the door.
