We were looking for a place for body repair on a dent and scrape on our car. We had tried several other places but decided on Samuel Auto Body. They were happy to work with our insurance. They felt like family from the start...kind, informative and the work was superb. Can't say enough about how positive an experience this was. All best to these good guys and a special shout out to the young woman on the front desk...what terrific customer service.
Someone on a locals page recommended this shop and after looking at the reviews I decided to take my car there to fix the driver side door and fender. I’m pretty disappointed. There was definitely a lack of communication on when the car would be ready but once I picked it up there was a wiring issue that resulted in the interior door lock not working & a honking noise coming from the door. Great shop very fair and transparent
I was recommended to this shop by a coworker for some minor scratches on my vehicle and got my car back looking brand new again!!!! You can’t even see where the damage was! Everyone was so nice and so helpful. Will definitely recommend to anyone in need of auto body work. & Pricing was very reasonable! I would give 10 stars if I could! :)
I didn’t even stop in to get body work. My wife happened to run over a bungee cord and stopped to look at it in the parking lot randomly. The guys quickly asked her if she needed help and had the car jacked up and being worked on in no time. They plugged the tire and it was a great experience. Not only did they not charge us, but they were closed at the time. Can’t say enough about how thankful I am for this place. Will definitely come back if I have work that needs to be done on the car.
