Sam was awesome and he came out to my place to look at my laser lipo machine and found out that it wasn't a power issue that it was a software or part of the controller board that will not be able to be fixed. But he was professional and came on time and really great demeanor and very helpful
Quick to respond with very reasonable prices. He really knows his machines and doesn't try to talk you into a bunch of other stuff.
I've been working with Sam for a couple of years now. He's able to keep our many lasers working for all of our locations and he's never disappointed us. What's amazing is when we have a laser down and it's urgent, he drops what he's doing and makes sure he gives us his full attention. He's very knowledgeable, trustworthy and he has fair pricing. I highly recommend Sam and Samteck!!
