Terrible customer service. Never answers the phone, no online service. People need help; they just want us to start dropping dead??? Can’t be driving back and forth to just to make a appointment
No answering machine, no voicemail, no answering service, no one answers the phone, no online appointment scheduling. How are patients supposed to get appointments or notify him when they've been in the hospital or ER or call for a refill? My elderly patients are talking about driving all the way to his office just ti schedule an appointment to see him in his office! Lousy service.
