Arrogant. Incompetent. Never Again! 1. Went to fix leaking windshield wiper reservoir, without checking told me it was fine after pouring water into it. I point to the huge puddle underneath. Then he sees the huge puddle and then says you can still use it without evn turning on the wipers. Charges $700 and was still not working, had to take the car back.
