I ordered and paid for a dishwasher and stove on November 28. I received a notice that the equipment was at the local xpo warehouse December 5. I have contacted Samsung several times because the order has not been delivered. They are basically unresponsive. Don't buy things from Samsung. Support seems to be nonexistent. There would be 0 stars if they would allow it;
I have been trying to get a fair refund for my refrigerator but I have been met with resistance. Ms. SanQuila Martin from the Office Of the President has not been fair and is now ignoring my emails. I have had three repairs and now the freezer is no longer working and the refrigerated section is getting warmer than it should. I have an open ticket with a local repair company set up by Samsung but this local company is no good. I do not recommend Samsung appliances. There is a manufacturing defect in many of your French Door Refrigerator and you have been aware of them since 2009. Yet you have done nothing to address this defect and are refusing many many customers with problems a refund. Do the right thing. Give prompt full refunds and redesign your products so they work as intended for a reasonable number of years.
Make better products, now!
We purchased Samsung kitchen appliances in 2017. My range door is peeling in an area that is never touched. Called Samsung customer service and after being in phone for over an hour , sent pictures and speaking to a supervisor I was told it is cosmetic and they won’t stand behind their products. How could this be. It is a defective paint that caused these. They offered no resolution and basically was told I’m out of luck. What type of product is this if only after two years the paint peels. Improve their products and customer service...we purchased Samsung HW-N950 Sound bar with Dolby Atmos, installed it 2 months ago, the left & right rear speakers never worked the sound level could not go higher than a whisper. Sent them back to Samsung over a month ago, we call and call but get little help of finding out if we are ever getting them back and last week the big sound bag started cutting in and out, now it doesn't work at all...$1,600..Never will I buy Samsung products again...
