They emailed me 5 days return after repair the mobile I sent 03-12 but 2 weeks past after this, no update, no return, no answer, no other person could help. I feel like it's not Samsung. Can you imagine waiting a month without phone?
Don't know what everyone's talking about but Samsung has the best customer service each time I talk with them they respond with their live chat. I have had two repairs and they have both went perfectly and were sent back fast.
Horrible repair process. Just got back my watch that was supposedly fixed, instead they sent me a watch that was stuck in Demo mode and it's useless. Now i have to send it back again.
