Samsung quality and customer service across all product lines has taken a sharp dive. The decline is undeniable and is all over the internet in every forum, community, and social media web-platform. Currently, S23 phone batteries are DANGEROUSLY heating up and swelling due to recent Samsung software "updates." These are not damaged phones -- these phones were perfectly fine before the updates. I recently cracked my screen and live in a fairly small town so I decided to mail in my phone for repair. I have no other phone but 7-10 business days seemed like a doable time. Well, now here I am about 21 days no phone including mailing time (They've had it for 13 business days. Not even a single update from them. They have no expected repair date or anything. i’m still waiting for the repair of my phone. They told me seven days it’s been 17 days and they still haven’t repaired my phone. Never buy a Samsung product again!

Would give a negative star if I could. Took my Fold 5 for an inner screen repair, zero updates after 2 weeks. I asked for the repair cancelled and get the phone, only to find out the outer front screen display was broken and sloppily "back" on to the phone. Samsung keep give me excuse with their ticket escalation and won't give me any compensation for their fault. SAMSUNG repair service should be sued
