Got my phone fixed and it just arrived yesterday but it was factory reset and I had so much important stuff on the phone and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Phone is pretty much brand new again but bad communication and not worth the risk of losing all your data.
Just be patient. Turn around time is 5 days.
Do not send your device here unless you plan to lose it. I have been a month without my device and they were supposed to send my device back last week after I found out they supposedly "do not have the part to fix it". Absolutely horrible experience and still no sign of when or if I will get my phone back.
