This place absolutely sucks. Believe all of the other one stars. The people that work here are not the brightest. They always seem to busy to care, and give generic uninformed responses....that is, if they even answer the phone at all. Go to a uBreakiFix instead. You will be happier and better off that you did. They will ACTUALLY help you find solutions to your problems.
Brought my cracked phone screen in for repair - they could’ve done it the same day, but I had a meeting. They scheduled me an appointment the next day, and my phone looked brand new within two hours! The waiting area was super comfortable with lots of space and tables, which made the time go by fast.
What a waste of time and money!!! The person didn't explain me clearly that he was going to factory reset my phone when I told him CLEARLY I don't want to lose my data. Damage done is done now, never going to recommend this place again!!!!
Eimad was fantastic!!! He has a great Samsung guru! Can't say enough good stuff about him. This is a very receptive and helpful place to go when you have trouble with your Samsung phone.
