Sent the Z Flip phone in for repair because the screen broke where it folds. They wanted to charge me $380 just to replace it. These phones might actually be defective, or Samsung is just not ready to release a touchscreen flip phone. They said the warranty doesn't cover it.
Chris took care of my locked phone in less than 10 minutes!! Worth the drive from Duncanville!! Chris rocks!!!!

Unfortunately I can't say nice things about this place. First, I don't understand the repair shop doesn't have parts at hand. S24 ultra isn't too old model. Screen crack is the most common repair item. 1 week later, I had to call to check if the parts arrived. They said it did. So I went. But they ordered the wrong part. They told me to wait another week. By now, my phone screen is completely gone blank. It is a very inconvenient and upsetting experience. However, the staff were nice.
