Front staff friendly. You may have to wait in line a bit depending on how many customers need help. Left my smart watch for a check-up. Took just over a week. Was told 3 days for tech to respond. Was told tech actually checked watch on the same day I had dropped it off. Was told tech notes indicated I had been notified that watch was ready. I received no phone call/contact making my week+ wait unnecessary. Not thrilled but is only Samsung shop in the DFW area.
Chris waited on me & fixed my phone which had a virus on it, in a matter of minutes. He could not have been more knowledgeable nor more courteous. I had been in a panic for over 24 hours as it happened late Saturday afternoon & most businesses were closed as it was after 6 pm. Chris is my hero. He is a valuable employee & again, could not have been more courteous. Thank you, again, Chris.
