Samsung continues to go cheap by selling lower quality products and outsourcing customer service to some locations that create a communication barrier so no problem is resolved. I purchased a 50” tv and could not believe how cheap it was made. The power cord kept falling out and the live tv reception was terrible. I went to return it but I was beyond some 30 day limit. They referred me to Samsung so I spent hours on the phone with people I do not understand or some virtual operator that wants me to text my complaint.
