I bought an 85" TV that didn't last at all. It broke down less than three years later, and the exact same thing happened to a friend. When I bought it directly from the website, they didn't even offer an extended warranty or a repair process, since the repair costs more than the TV is worth. Then they tell you they can pay for the part, and the company in charge wastes your time trying to fix it. I want to share my experience with my mother's Samsung refrigerator, model number RS25H511BC. The ice machine in this refrigerator has caused problems since day one. Recently, we discovered that a class action lawsuit regarding this model was settled this year. But we were not informed about it.
