The store closed down. Now it's only open for customer returns. The entire showroom is gone.
Thus "flagship store" is NOT OPEN si I wasted a trip there. No indication.of closure on their website! Do better Samsung.
Store is CLOSED for everything but returns, despite their outgoing phone message and website stating hours are daily 11-8. What a pain in the ass!
