Terrible work skills, UNSAFE Repairs and refused to take responsibility for their work. I hate to give bad reviews to small shops as most of them are good shops but in this case 2 of the 5 lug nuts were broken and missing!! Plus the repairs itself, the car had a loose clunking sound days after Getting it back...Pepboys showed me the broken and missing nuts and advised me to make them repair it but after talking to the shop manager MIKE in charge not only did he lie about calling me back but after my follow up calls refused t... read more
