The mechanics are either inept or shady. I won't be going back. I went in to get the oil changed and when the car came out, the service engine soon light was on. They read the codes and told me my oxygen sensors were bad. Offered to quote me a price, but I declined. Went to Autozone and they read the codes. Went to the Samstone Auto Repair on McDermott in Allen, TX to get my car inspected. It is a 2011 with 20,000 miles. I don't drive much, but I was told since my transmission fluid was brown, it needed to be changed. I was told it really needed to be changed at 15,000 miles since it wasn't red anymore, and he could change it for $75.00. This is what my car's manual says : new automatic transaxle fluid should be red. The red dye is added so the assembly plant can identify it as automatic transaxle fluid and distinguish it from ... read more

went in for a state inspection. told me I had 2 replace drivers seatbelt and all the bulbs in the back of the car. I asked what was wrong with the seatbelt. Mechanic pointed out a tiny tear in belt. I then said what's wrong w/ the bulbs. He said they all look burnt. (They all were lit and working) I left and went to another inspection station. The car passed. The mechanic was either inept or dishonest or both. I will never go there again
Very friendly , honest and quick service stuff . Very knowledgable and didn't try to take advantage of me as a women.
Cant find a better group of hard working, dedicated, and always willing to help you out guys around, never any problems .....
I took my honda in for an oil change but was talked into buying a transmission flush. The problem was that the mechanic lied to me about using the genuine honda transmission fluid when I asked; it was not honda transmission fluid. Lieing to get the business is unethical. I will not use this place again.
