⭐ 1 star — Buyers should do their due diligence I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a property built by Samssons Builders to thoroughly investigate the builder and the history of the development before making a decision. Builders are messy and leave hardware everywhere around building sites. Support staff take months to reply and are rude and dismissive. Would not recommend.
Avoid at all costs. Horrendous communication. Consistently rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional to deal with. In my experience, Samssons do not take responsibility - it took us months to get defects resolved. They have a bad reputation in the industry and are full of empty promises.
Samsons Projects have no regard for the impact on neighbours within the perimeters of their builds. Currently living with excessive noise, disruptions and no regard for working within the authorised permit limitations. Apologies are flung around but no accountability taken . 5.30am starts in a residential area with concrete trucks , machinery , traffic control and noise is just not on !
My advice is this - if you want to spend an arduous 8 years chasing Samssons to correct defects, then buy one of the apartments they build. Because that is what has happened to me. Having first reported issues with water entering my living room ceiling in 2016, it wasn't until 2023 that the issue was resolved.
