Jason is warm and personable and gained our trust quickly. However, we were very disappointed with Jason's lack communication throughout the process and the poor work in the end. Jason had possession of our trailer from 8/21/17 and we were promised a finish date of 4/15/18. Jason knew we had camping reservations every other weekend starting 4/26/18.
