I don't think this is a real company. I ordered a suitcase. It never arrived. They will not issue a refund. If it is indeed a real company and not a scam, it has the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Wow I just ordered two suitcases and they have sent me the wrong suitcase. And the other one was just not shipped I called customer service, they said they can't explain it I have to place a new order. I paid $350 and now I have been charged additional $15 for returning an item that they just send and I have never ordered. Worst customer service on the planet!!!!!!!!
I purchased the Hartlan large suitcase because it is advertised as a 8.59 pound suitcase. When received, I pulled the suitcase out of the box and felt it weighed more than 8.59 pound, it was 10.28 lbs. I contacted samsonite and they said I could return for free (so no $14.99 return fee) or I could call for insight. I called, because I wanted a new suitcase, and the woman was very helpful; however, the suitcases she found me had comments that the weight was off. This company sucks!!! They have the worst customer service on the planet If I could I would give them zero stars but unfortunately that's not possible
I received an unauthorized transaction on my card for $192.59 for the date of 4/14/20 - 4/15/20 from Samsonite Brands located in Mansfield Massachusetts, and I've never ever shopped at this place before. Hell, I don't even live in Massachusetts, nor have I ever been there. Apparently, someone is theiving. Beware, theft on the rise! Not sure who's at fault, just letting people know to watch out, these are perilous times.
