Just visited this Samsonite on October 4th. Amazing customer service, and Steve is exceptional.
Steve and Nathan at the Lehi location took care of an issue for me right before my trip to Japan. Made the experience seamless, stress free and they were very welcoming the moment I walked in!!!
This store is not closed - it moved to the other side of the aisle. It is on the shady side of the mall! Bought a great piece of luggage there today with Steven's terrific help.
Like someone else said, this store has permanently closed. It's still listed on the mall directory, but suite 418 was empty today (7/11/2026) and all signage had been removed.
Visited today (7/7/26) and the store was closed and completely empty. This location is no longer open/active. Reported to Google on the listing to mark location as closed. Samsonite's website also lists this store as an open/active storefront - this is not accurate. It's not that the store was closed on a Tuesday afternoon- there was zero inventory visible even from the windows.
