Like someone else said, this store has permanently closed. It's still listed on the mall directory, but suite 418 was empty today (7/11/2026) and all signage had been removed.
Visited today (7/7/26) and the store was closed and completely empty. This location is no longer open/active. Reported to Google on the listing to mark location as closed. Samsonite's website also lists this store as an open/active storefront - this is not accurate. It's not that the store was closed on a Tuesday afternoon- there was zero inventory visible even from the windows.
Steven was very helpful and personable, and he gave us all of the information we needed about the sale that was going on. He was very knowledgable about different sets we were looking at. We have purchased luggage at this store before and would highly recommend this store if you are looking for luggage.
The Samsonite Store in Lehi Utah gave wonderful customer service—my purse I bought there had ripped zippers and they replaced it with a new one—I would highly recommend this store for Samsonite merchandise—there merchandise is very good quality and they have great warranties—the sales people were very professional and friendly!
