Ordered toothbrush. Wasn't as described and didn't work properly. Requested refund. After several back and forths no longer got replies. Time to complain to PayPal had passed. Out $40 now. Don't waste your money.
I purchased a Mario Lopez Tooth Flosser, which did not have the proper charger included. I contacted the company, which sent me the charger I needed. I am so impressed with this company for ensuring I had the proper charger for this product, and I appreciate their response. Definitely 5 stars!!
