I ordered some essential oils & what came in the mail was a totally different brand. I’ve been emailing the company for 2 weeks trying to resolve the issue. After a few emails I got one response asking for a photo of what I received. I provided that & now it’s radio silence. I’ve emailed them several more times and cannot get a response. Ordered toothbrush. Wasn't as described and didn't work properly. Requested refund. After several back and forths no longer got replies. Time to complain to PayPal had passed. Out $40 now. Don't waste your money.
I purchased a Mario Lopez Tooth Flosser, which did not have the proper charger included. I contacted the company, which sent me the charger I needed. I am so impressed with this company for ensuring I had the proper charger for this product, and I appreciate their response. Definitely 5 stars!!
