I came in with sights on going through a successful ACL recovery and Dr. Delilah did just that. I’ve had no troubles with my knee at all. If you want to return back to yourself, then checkout Samson Strength!
Between assessments, dry needling, and targeted exercises, Delilah helped me tremendously with my lower back pain. Fantastic spot, 10/10 would recommend
Dr d has worked with me to resolve my foot and knee pain. I am able to enjoy walking, light running, tennis and my new love for weight training. I stopped PT too soon after an acl repair. She is methodical and pushes me just the right amount to see results but not be set back with pain.
I went in with back pain from years of dysfunction and a previously herniated disc - Delilah sorted out the mechanical issues that were causing pain, gave me the movements I needed to rebuild strength in my hip and back, and I'm back to actually doing the things I love. Plus dry needling is pretty much perfect for the days following big media shoots - the relief heavily outweighs the short term discomfort, hah.
Dr. Delilah is a great PT and trainer. I came to her with a long term lower back issue. Dr. Delilah’s care reduced the pain I was experiencing to non existent and has given me the ability to live a life doing the activities I love to do.
