I was disappointed with my first visit to this doctor's office. The building was in poor condition, with the air conditioning having recurring issues, as mentioned by the front desk staff, and a strong smell of stale cigarette smoke due to the lack of air conditioning. The office felt outdated, and the doctor I was scheduled to see wasn't available. The physician's assistant had me remove my shoes, which was uncomfortable on the sticky floor. Took my husband to see Dr. Lepore yesterday. He explained everthing very clearly. He did a sonogram and had the results within 30 minutes. Explained results clearly and sent him downstairs for surgery which went excellent. Dr. Lepore came out to the waiting room when the surgery was completed and let me know what was done and what to expect. While waiting in the waiting room I was offerred snacks or a beverage. It was like a well oiled machine with the greatest people. Best medical experience I have ever seen.
