Went with my friend today to close on his house with Cardinal Title Group, which should have been a great experience. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. The woman handling the closing, Sabrina, arrived 45 minutes late and did so without any real apology. Before she even got there, the staff in the office weren’t very welcoming. Had the displeasure of speaking to Tim Peacock about viewing a rental home that had just been listed, and he spent 30 minutes not answering my questions, refused to schedule a tour, then implied I was wasting his time for asking and told me to take care. I would seriously reconsider using this company if you intend to find tenants.

⚠️ Agents, be careful before joining Samson Properties Their advertising focuses heavily on a “100% commission” model, but they don’t clearly disclose the mandatory mentorship deductions for new agents upfront. You won’t find out until after you close a deal — when they reduce your commission, even if no mentor ever contacts you. I worked independently with zero support, yet they withheld a significant portion of my pay. When I raised the issue, they sent my license back to DPOR instead of resolving it.
