I have a family doctor overthere but I've been avoiding the clinic just because of the secretaries make it make sense unprofessional is too nice of a word too describe one is on defense mode for no reason my familly doctor was on maternity leave and ever since that day the service has been extremely poor love the doctors but the front desk has to go!
Unfortunately, my experience at this clinic was disappointing. I had a very unpleasant interaction with the receptionist, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was dismissive, and instead of helping, she made the situation worse with her cold and unwelcoming behavior. It’s truly unfortunate when a place that should offer care and compassion is represented by someone so lacking in basic courtesy. I won’t be returning, and I hope the management addresses this issue seriously.
Terrible experience. Staff were rude, wait time was ridiculous. Never coming back.
