Nasty Rude receptionist. Called the office for request for refill for my heart and cholesterol meds. Explained to her insurance covers only 3 month supply and will see the MD in 3 month. She yelled and replied "I am not giving you anything" Dr. Samson if you have people working for you who has no regards for the patient's well being especially someone with heart condition you should consider the outcome of such people working for you.
