Hi, I just want to send a shout out to Pam, who helps out at the fitness center. She has assisted our class with various tasks. She personally helped me set up a speaker system for Denise's class. Pam, you are the best! Thank you so very much! Oh, she also celebrates us by preparing a fabulous Thanksgiving dinner for our class each year! Yep, she's the best!....
I have enjoyed working out there for almost 2 years now. It is clean, the staff is friendly and personable, and the workout I receive through the classes help me to maintain my health and fitness.
Samson has the best customer services coming from the front desk to management. We love Pam, Pilar and Johnny that handle the front desk with great service with a smile. Melanie is always behind the scene making sure the senior needs are met. Spencer an awesome trainer. I love the classes at Samsonngor the senior! Thankful for the team!! M. Pringle
Visiting from Baltimore to see Pastor Jamal Bryant and New Birth! The message was phenomenal. Then I came over to the fitness center and ran into Pam! Pam is the most courteous and pleasant person I have met in a long time. Her customer service was outstanding and she made me feel like family. I will forever remember her kindness and will come to the fitness center just to say hello to her. Thank you Pam for the restaurant suggestions!
