I made my First purchase February 26 and the second order March 1 2025,no contact can be made with anyone at this Business I called 26 times,left 11 messages, I finally had to contact PayPal to get my back,it very bad to leave Customers in limbo, when we need parts to repair Mufflers and fish tail tips, if Samson is out of Business they should say so to the public, instead of taking money on their Website and not delivering the product.
We originally purchased pipes from this company years ago under the previous owner and were very happy with the quality. Unfortunately, our experience this time around has been nothing short of disappointing. One of our pipes started coming apart, so we placed a new order in January and were told it would take six weeks. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I had to call my credit card company to file a dispute as now one will answer the phone at any of the extensions. No return email for a simple question on what ship time is...I couldn't even get ahold of anyone to cancel my order....communication is just good business practice.
DO NOT ORDER FROM SAMSON!!! They are a joke to work with! I placed my order back in September and i am still waiting to receive my exhaust. It is now March!!! 27 WEEKS I HAVE BEEN WAITING!!!! I keep emailing and calling with no answer or reply! All I want is a refund! You would think paying 1,000, they would think twice about professionalism and not ghosting everyone completely with no explanation!
