I brought some wood to be planed, was not planed smooth, they missed one board on one side, lots of snipe on the end of every board. No one there I could talk too when I picked up

My decade old chainsaw that I purchased at Samsel's was leaking fuel. I was worried my favorite saw was done. I was so happy when they fixed it within minutes and sent me on my way with no charge. Top quality experience! In the past, I have purchased saws and had them serviced with equal satisfaction. They milled some oak flooring and pine window trim for me in the past that was great. I was glad to spend locally for the service as well as using local wood.
