I placed an order in August 2025 that never arrived. After tracking it down, I discovered that the post office received the package but never delivered it to my home. Instead, they returned it to Sam’s for reasons unknown to me. I contacted Sam’s to explain the situation and asked them to resend the order, especially since the items were for my honeymoon and time-sensitive. Sam’s told me there was nothing they could do.
