Customer service is no good! I have been a regular here for about 5 yrs and the selection is not as good it used to be. You also cannot use your rewards membership in store only online. The customer service is not that good only nice person who smiles and asks if you need help is the owner. The check out girls are pretty but they are rude like they do not enjoy their job at all. I will be purchasing exclusively online as there is better selection and I am able to use my rewards.
A lot of option. Just terrible customer service. Especially if you are a Black customer. They will follow you around to assume you’re stealing and be very rude if you ask for help out during check out. Don’t recommend coming here.
