I have now been a member of Samsara for over a year and it has been the best experience, it’s not like other gyms, it’s inclusive, kind and motivating. Honestly can’t fault it I have gone to so many gyms and just end up never wanting to go. The classes and help from all staff really motivate me and my mindset, facilities are also incredible

I absolutely love this gym! I was always intimidated by mainstream gyms, but since joining, I've felt so comfortable and confident to try new things. The community vibe here is incredible; everyone is so supportive, and the coaches are not only highly skilled but genuinely invested in helping us reach our goals. I have been a member of Samsara for over 2 years, since I moved to Runaway Bay. Not having family or friends in QLD, Samsara quickly became my second home. I found an amazing community of inspiring and wonderful women with incredible energy and extremely supportive. The staff and instructors are fabulous, always encouraging and motivating us. So !! Glad I joined Samsara in March this year. From the moment you walk in the door it has the most Welcoming Atmosphere and Beautiful Tranquil Ambience. I Always feel like I am walking into a Retreat Atmosphere. So !! Good for the Soul and Beautiful Community of like minded people. This is more than a fitness centre or gym. It’s a place where caring staff are interested in your TOTAL well-being. It’s a place where you meet like-minded women who you laugh with, who encourage you and where friendships grow. At 66 I feel stronger and fitter than I thought possible at this stage in my life. I totally recommend Samsara and the beautiful team of women who will support you in your journey. ♥️
