Good atmosphere, No long wait times, Friendly staff
La primera vez que lleve a mi hija fueron muy amables. Pero ahora he estado tratando de comunicarme con ellos desde noviembre y nunca contestan. La última cita me la dieron en noviembre y me la pusieron a las 11 de la noche tal vez fue un error pero no se han contactado conmigo desde entonces.
And even that is generous. Constantly late or rescheduling appointments. Didnt let us know our sons counselor Jose was no longer there. So unprofessional more than any place I have ever been. Schedule my son for 2 appts back to back but then the 2nd person he has a appt w takes another person in and we have to wait 20 more mins?! Front desk gets a attitude w my husband and myself....and Angel the counselor doesn't introduce herself or even acknowledge us. We WONT be back!
