I really appreciate Dr. Pallegar . After recovering from Lyme and Epstein Barr, I was navigating my health alone, separated from my physicians of the north . Dr Pallegar is a compassionate , comprehensive physician who incorporates classical empirical approaches tempered by other modalities and life style medicine to help me and others to empower ourselves, and move toward optimum health
I highly recommend Dr Pallegar. She is so kind, listens well and gives awesome medical advice. I am plant based so finding her was a godsend to me.
