I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Samsara, a GPS company we have been using since August 15, 2023 Customer ID 9004776. Unfortunately, our experience with their products and customer service has been extremely disappointing. Our experience with Samsara has been extremely disappointing. From the start, we felt more like a number than a customer. When we expressed our dissatisfaction and asked for help, their team’s immediate response was to throw the contract in our face instead of offering support or trying to understand the issue. We expected a professional service and a customer-first approach—instead, we were met with rigid policies and dismissive communication. Would not recommend.
