Absolutely shocking cameras flag up things like road signs etc that aren’t even there also flags up harsh turn while on a straight road avoid samsara shocking
They came in, pitched products to us and they were the most unprofessional people. Don't recommend. These people aren't professionals at all. It was like talking with a child. Big big no going with this company for our needs.
We have had a faulty product that hasn't functioned for nearly the entire time we have had it. It has taken months to get it sorted (5+) we asked for a refund since we have been paying the entire time, they are denying us that and even a replacement. This isn't the only issue we have had with Samsara products, but the fact that this specific issue is such a cluster, it is completely fair to request a refund or replacement for a faulty product and are denied. We cant get are sales rep to ever call us back, we spend over a $100k a year with this company and nobody ever calls us back for service work or new cameras. Good product horrible customer service. Lester Brothers
I wish there is 0 stars for this guys. First 2 days with them was perfect after that everything changed. They turned off all options and asked for more money. I agree to pay more money for more options. They said i need to return devices that i got and get new ones because of the new option diagnostic( what i do not see difference). I got new ones after 10 days and they told me they will send me return label to return previously sent cameras and gateways. That was Okt 10th 2025.
