I wish there is 0 stars for this guys. First 2 days with them was perfect after that everything changed. They turned off all options and asked for more money. I agree to pay more money for more options. They said i need to return devices that i got and get new ones because of the new option diagnostic( what i do not see difference). The worst part of starting a trucking company. No help from sales with a small fleet. Order yourself and they say you need more You buy more and it still doesn't work and no help on weekends. I would give negative stars if possible
We have had a faulty product that hasn't functioned for nearly the entire time we have had it. It has taken months to get it sorted (3+) we asked for a refund since we have been paying the entire time, they are denying us that and even a replacement. This isn't the only issue we have had with Samsara products, but the fact that this specific issue is such a cluster, it is completely fair to request a refund or replacement for a faulty product and are denied. Worst driving monitoring I have ever seen. Consistently flags wrong speed limits, camera obstructions that aren't there, cell phone usage when no cell phone is present; the voice feedback is largely ignored by drivers on account of how often it's wrong
Beware!!! Samsara will auto renew your contract for many more years without your approval.
