*** RUN AWAY FROM SAMSARA AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!** This has to be one of the shadiest companies I've ever experienced. Their customer service and billing is the worst. These folks are so cash hungry that they won't let you make any changes to your ELD units. We were definitely misled when we signed up with them. Someone needs to start a class action lawsuit against them for fraud!
Be aware of the Auto Renew Scam that they run. We have been in communication with multiple members of the Samsara team for over five months regarding our account. Despite our repeated outreach, we have not received a resolution. We were involuntarily placed into an autorenewing contract at the end of our original three-year term — a contract we did not authorize and have made clear we do not accept. Amazing unimpressed with battery life and unfriendly charger port on back of tablet! The fuel deal network doesn’t correspond to with the carrier I’m driving for.
Can't get a price on their website without giving all contact info - which turned out to be great! It forced me to google the business and then I stumbled on all these "glowing" reviews! Dodged a bullet.
