We used the services from SAMSA for the first time this afternoon, and we were thrilled with the entire process! Josie in the office was very efficient and pleasant to speak with and she responded to us in a very short time to set up an appointment. Tucker came to our home and quickly had our laptop and printer "talking to each other" we asked him to use non-technical terms with us as we are not at all tech savvy.
