I had an incredible experience thanks to AJ and Samuel. After going through the car wash, the staff noticed I had a flat tire. Not knowing how to put on a spare, I was feeling pretty overwhelmed—but AJ and Samuel immediately stepped in. They went above and beyond by changing my tire right there on the spot. Their kindness, patience, and empathy turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a moment of genuine care and support. They didn’t have to go the extra mile, but they did—and I’m truly grateful.
The lil men that work there are always so nice and my car usually comes out really clean and I love being able to vacuum for free after my wash always my go to for a quick detail for my vehicle
Just experienced the worst service here spoke w/ John had my SUV ran through the wash with no wash rendered was told electrical malfunctions then was told I can go wait back in line for a rewash as if my time and my money was not important. After bringing this to management attention was ask by management “Well what do you want me to do ?” With no sense of empathy or professionalism. Will not recommend
