Just experienced the worst service here spoke w/ John had my SUV ran through the wash with no wash rendered was told electrical malfunctions then was told I can go wait back in line for a rewash as if my time and my money was not important. After bringing this to management attention was ask by management “Well what do you want me to do ?” With no sense of empathy or professionalism. Will not recommend
So happy I am not longer limited to Raleigh area! Now I can come through on my lunch break from work! Car always looks great after coming thru! (I hit Richmond and Charlotte locations also when im there. Discovered Sam's in Rocky Mount, NC!)

Today, I had one of the best experiences yet, largely thanks to an incredible employee named John.
