Hi. I am a club wash member. I am a senior citizen who struggles financially, but I always make sure that my club wash membership is paid because I drive for UBER and a clean car is so important. This location has been frustrating. The last few times I’ve been through, including today, because of the pre-wash teams. They are just using the low pressure/velocity sprayers that I presume spray bug and tar cleaner. Great place for a quick wash. Only downside is sometimes a vacuum is broken which can be resolved by switching spots.
Oksana is truly a professional. Everything she does is grounded in knowledge and experience. If you want to stay young and beautiful, you can confidently entrust yourself to this aesthetician.
You need to provide training so your employees stop shouting at customers; it is extremely annoying. If they don't have patience, they aren't cut out for working with people.
