I drove my car through the car wash after I got out it started raining so I called for a manager to see if they can compliment me with a free car wash and he told me he couldn’t do that “Sorry” . So basically I just spent my money for no reason Horrible customer service make sure it’s not raining before you take your car through there. Smh never again and I also went to other car washes where they’re complimented me when this happened Same company I guess the one Here has horrible service
