Tommy had top notch customer service! He answered all my questions regarding membership, was constantly asking everyone if they needed help with anything, and was picking up rocks and garbage around the car wash.
I had to write a review today. I am a long time customer that pays monthly but I had a great experience. I bought a new mercedes and I took the car to have it washed at Sams around 2:00pm today and when I got up to the wash I could not get the car to go into Neutral. The guy that was helping told me to roll down the window and said do it gently, I tried and it still wasnt guy, then another guy reached in and put in neutral for me.
