Gets my car clean and run specials regularly!!!
My brother came in around 6:20–6:30 PM in his GMC Denali. He was helped at the pay station and paid for a car wash, but once he was being guided onto the track, he was denied service. They told him there was “too much snow” on his truck and refused to wash it. I don’t understand how a car wash can deny service for snow—especially after taking payment. I love this community car wash! Everytime I go, Rasheed is so nice, and so is the day manager / supervisor (I always forget to ask his name, but he is a tall African American man with a beard). My car gets a better clean than I have anywhere else. Keep up the great work! And thanks for you genuine customer service. The mat machine wasn't operating so Rasheed kindly blasted my mats that were sticky with playdoh and juice from a spill :).
