I had an amazing experience at Sam’s Express Car Wash! My keys accidentally got locked inside my car, and Ryan, one of the employees, went above and beyond to help me. He showed such kindness and empathy, taking the time to help me get my keys back even though it was outside of his regular responsibilities. His professionalism and genuine care turned a stressful situation into a positive one. Thank you, Ryan, for your outstanding service—you’ve definitely earned a loyal customer.
First time going to this car wash today and I must say I am very impressed with the staff, especially a young lady named Ellion. she was very personable, polite, and helpful. The vacuums worked great, the price is reasonable, the place was clean, they also had clean rags and cleaning supplies to use. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends, family, and the community.
The facility is new and clean as a pin. I was offered help as I was learning how they do the car wash. The process is quick and easy at a very fair price. They have two areas after you've been through the wash. 1. Vacuum area with hoses for both sides of your car. I should nite this is DIY. 2. They have a floor mat cleaning machine. My mats are molded to fit the floor and the machine wasn't accepting them. The staff unsolicited came over and hand washed my mats for me.
