This is a nice clean operation. There are covered areas to vacuum and clean the interior of your car after the wash. It is nice to be able to stay out of the blazing sun during the summer. There are also public restrooms available if you happen to need one. A+
When Ethan M is working, he always greets me with a smile. It is nice to see a familiar face when you pull up. He is always pleasant and I look for him every time I come through. Driving up and being greeted with a smile makes a great first impression. He is definitely an asset to Sam’s Express.
I’m a regular at Sam’s xpress and I’ve had the top wash membership for about half a year now and Brody was the one who sold me the membership to me. And to this day he has helped me out so much and he is always in a great mood. If I was the manager at Sam’s Xpress, I would give him a raise immediately. Great work.
It is a nice car wash but the issue is the rotation of the brushes in the car wash itself. I close my side view mirrors each time I go through. They are closed remotely. The brushes rotate counter clockwise on the drivers side and clockwise on the passenger side. The result is my mirrors get flung open and/or to the full forward position. I am concerned that this will eventually cause damage to the remote closure mechanism in the mirrors.
