The staff is friendly and they have towels to dry your car with and the vacuums are a nice addition. That being said the first thing I noticed was how quickly you roll through the wash. It definitely got a lot of the dirt off, but there were still bird poop spots, bug splatter, and sap spots. I went through hoping it would do a better job than the no touch washes and honestly, maybe 5% better. There appears to be some small brush scratches on the front which I had not noticed previously. Update: Don't be fooled into thinking they care based on their canned reply below. I emailed them weeks ago at their request and never heard a thing back. I understand that automatic car washes don't get your car perfectly clean, but I think this is the worst car wash I've been to. I provided just a few photos to show how dirty the car was after the wash. This didn't include the doors, hood, etc that were still dirty. Excellent experience every time I go! The young lady, Sarah, works at the check in spot is ALWAYS kind, very helpful and never says anything negative even when it's 100 degrees outside! She is one reason why I joined the monthly club! All the other staff are very helpful as well and always walk over and ask if everything is satisfactory! My car is always cleaned well and the place you park to detail is maintained and clean at all times! Also, they always have the wipe down towels fresh and ready! Sam’s Xpress and particularly the team In Wake Forest on 98 are an amazing group …they are kind and caring . They always ask if everything is done to my satisfaction and it is. This may be the best value available Quality wash, great vacuums, and efficiently priced gas.. Thanks guys
