Hear me out! Why am I having to pay for a service that I end up having to do myself?!?.. I go to the car wash and get through the entire process only to get out and see that the roof of my car is still completely filthy as if it hadn't been even touched. We go back , explain the situation and the kind representative gives me some sort of code to let me through again. The reps that explain to the manager that roof needs to be scrubbed. This is the best car wash ever!!! The wash itself actually gets dirt off my car, and the self-service vacuum station is the best in the area by a long shot. They have a mat washing machine as well as cloths and spray you can use. They also have a lot of vacuum stations, even when I go around noon on a Saturday I am always able to get a spot, with no wait. The employees are all extremely nice, attentive, and helpful. I’ve recommended this car wash to friends and coworkers and everybody just loves it.
Exceptional service! Highly recommend! The staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful. If its your first time, make sure to use the mat cleaner and there are clean cloths to use to wipe down your vehicle, as well as glass cleaner. Thank you so much!
