Quality of wash is fine, but service was lacking. Right line didn't move for 10 minutes while car wash employee had a conversation with someone in line. When providing feedback, they claimed the left lane is "broken" as the reason for the delay.
Subject: Outstanding Customer Service from Gaven (and Carson) Today I had trouble getting my 2024 Nissan Rogue into neutral. I tried several times but couldn’t figure it out. Gaven kindly asked if I minded him trying. At that point, I was so frustrated I was about to cry, so I said, “Yes, please!” Gaven was able to get the car into neutral, but as soon as he stepped out, it automatically shifted back into park.
