We use this about every week. We love it except…why does there have to be somebody at the gate when you get there? Thanks, but we can actually push the button ourselves.

Very nice car wash. It does have the rotating brushes that touch the car, but it seemed gentle. The staff is quick to assist at the pay station when they aren't busy, and I appreciate that. The staff will spray pre-soak on the car before going into the wash which helps the cleaning. I was very satisfied with how the car looked after going through. I would definitely use this wash if I lived in the Hickory NC area! 😎👍

Nice building but vending machine inside eats your money went to tell the staff about it and they are just chilling in the vice vaping saying nope you can’t use dollars or change just card no note no apologies just vaping and that other then that nice place though

Gets it clean and friendly people. After using a couple other carwashes over the last several months Sam's Xpress has them all beat. This carwash is the one you'll need to get membership with. Here they use that rolling brush (very good) for cleaning the top of car and if you go by other car washes (you know who) it just has the set up that drags the "cloth" over roof that does NOT work. that's the big difference, Sam's Xpress Car Wash has better equipment inside that car wash itself hands down.
