The Wash is good and I get it was slammed when I went but the vacuum was worse than my hand held vacum that is battery powered. They need ti invest in some much needed improved vacuum systems.
I have enjoyed using the car wash at 10225 Park Rd Pineville NC everyone is very polite & if you need anything they are more than willing to assist. If wash did not get car clean, no worries they will be happy to redo until you are satisfied. The membership is a savings with unlimited washes : > ) Just encountered one of the team mates today Christian N. & ask him to do something to my windows he did it with a big smile. He was so kind/polite/professional. Thanks to Christian N.
Love this car wash but loved it even more today. Christian done came to my rescue and fixed the front undercarriage on my car. He went above and beyond to put it back right and zip tied it to secure it til I could get to a body shop for a new screw that fell out. Im extremely grateful for hard working and outstanding customer service now a days. If it wasn't for Christian, I don't know what I would have done. Thank you so much!!
