Sam's tires was good but now they are horrible I had to come up here three times to get my tire correctly made. The third time I had to argue with one of the employees and had to get the owner out here to fix everything.. use to love this place but now I'm not

very dependable guys that work there they get me in and out everytime I bring them a new project great service and great prices
SAVE YOUR MONEY!! They scratched the BRAND NEW paint off of the lip AND face of the wheels I had them change the tires on with ZERO remorse for doing so after blaming it on the machine and because they “have the best price in town” there was nothing that they could do about it. (I used chromabase paint which is for automotive use NOT SPRAYPAINT)
PSA: DO NOT USE Sam's TIres Edgewood off Edgewood Ave. I called them twice today asking if they had 4 tires that would fit my vehicle and gave me a quote of $320 for the size 265 75 R15. Instead of getting what I asked for, they put 4 tires size 235 75 R15 without telling me. Which I questioned before I left and was told the 265 75 R15 was to big for my GMC Canyon. I spoke to Eddie on the phone and in person and was told that if I had any concerns to let him know. When I got home to have my husband take a look at it, he show... read more
