Competent and professional service at a reasonable price. They repaired a flat in about 10 minutes at a fair price.
Quoted $55 for a tire, then charged me an extra $10 and called it ”taxes” for using a card. That wasn’t disclosed upfront and felt unfair. Customers should be told about all fees before agreeing to the purchase. let time goin to “Scam’s tire shop”.
I replaced all 4 wheels here, 2 days later one wheel was low because it had a hole in it, I went back and they fixed it, the worse is yet to come, 1 week later one wheel started wobbling a lot, turns out it was due to a loose lug nut. The mechanic told me I was lucky the wheels didn't come off while driving
Amazing experience today. I had a nail in the fat part of my tred - while admittedly an easy repair, I pulled into Sam’s. They leak tested, then pulled, drilled and plugged it, refilled me with air in less than 5minutes. I waited longer for 2-3 stop light cycles at the intersection to actually get there than it took them to fix it. $10 cash, done and on my way.
