Amazing experience today. I had a nail in the fat part of my tred - while admittedly an easy repair, I pulled into Sam’s. They leak tested, then pulled, drilled and plugged it, refilled me with air in less than 5minutes. I waited longer for 2-3 stop light cycles at the intersection to actually get there than it took them to fix it. $10 cash, done and on my way.
great service but… If you call and ask for a price quote, ask again when you get there. when they show you the tire ask for the price. Before they put the tires on ask for the price again. before you pay confirm the price that was told before. The technician will say one thing and then the person who charges you will charge another. make sure you get the price in clear English. you’ve been warned.
