I really wanted to like this place - I normally get my eyebrows threaded in the city but I thought I would find something closer to home. I came in for full face. Right when I sat in the chair, I asked for my brows to be kept thick and long (even if it meant leaving some hairs). Instead 1) my eyebrow is uneven so there are ridges instead of a nice line 2) substantial thickness was taken off 3) there is still hair on other parts of my face and 4) I have many cuts under my other eyebrow.
