Sam's storage was super easy to book. I did everything online, they sent me a code and I could use my new storage unit immediately. Very easy experience. The property was well maintained and promptly plowed after snowfalls.

Absolutely terrible experience. Storage unit had water come in due to a rain gutter being drained out by our door, drain spout was removed and we were never informed about any of this. Went to clear our items out , everything is molded. Thousands of dollars in furniture ruined. Sam himself will not even offer to help in any way for the damages, and has been rude and terrible to deal with. If you want dry storage unit , want someone good to deal with as a business, and want someone that stands behind the security of your item... read more
