An injury prevented my original birthday plans for my husband from happening. So with only two weeks notice, I contacted Sam for a dinner party for six at our house. She was amazing! So easy to work with. Created the perfect menu. Very professional. Everything was lovely (oh, that lobster bisque!) and she created a beautiful table for us. Really a delight to work with!
Not great sorry to say . My son hired this caterer for his wedding and there was nothing great to say about the food. Tasteless and very bland (specifically the fettuccine Alfredo, chicken marsala, mushroom parm, and beef) and the bartender ran out of ice which took forever to replenish. I can’t recommend this vendor to anyone. They also ran out of food and were running behind. All of the staff were really nice but the head caterer missed the mark.
