Bunch of incompetent pots smokers trying to be want a be master plumbers. Had a liftstation put in but never ventilated properly, and the float teather was hanging up. Called Sam's; tried telling me it was the pump that I purchased, said without even looking 😉 at it. To install a Zoller pump perferred by Sam would cost $1200 The master plumber that I was going to originally hire suggested a lil giant lift station (industrial) . I am blessed to have found Sam's Sewer & Drain Service! Their service was immediate, and they quickly identified a major problem I was really worried about. I was hoping for a simple snake, but unfortunately, the issue was much bigger. I had Brian and Logan over to fix a tub faucet problem! These guys were awesome! I would highly recommend! They were upfront with the cost, and they figured out and fixed the issue really quickly!
Brian and Logan came out the same day, and efficiently fixed our shower drain issue. They were down to earth and genuine - we definitely appreciate it & would call them again in the future!
